Washington Post Utterly Stuffs Up; "Louisiana fertile Ground for Romney; Could Stop His Southern Slide"

Here is prognosticator extraordinary Aaron Blake writing under Chris Cillizza's "The Fix" Washington Post political column entitled, seriously one presumes, "Why Louisiana could stop Romney's Southern slide"
 AT THIS LINK on the 22nd. 


That the Washington Post is so in the tank for the establishment is beyond anyone's doubting, but their dedication to it can lead to some wryly humorous, unintended for them of course, consequences. However, they are highly enjoyable for the rest of us.


Mr.Blake advises inter alia;


"In fact, there is an argument to be made that Louisiana, whose primary is Saturday, is more fertile ground for Romney than any of the six Southern states where he has lost to this point."


He then goes on to give five in-depth reasons, including graphs and quotes, why Romney could find fertile ground. 


The column concludes with a statement from a Mr. Lenny Alcivar described as a "GOP strategist" who advises "this is Romney's greatest opportunity to show more strength than the pundits predict."


Clearly the ground was rather stony and infertile, and the "pundits" except those at WashPost, were correct in their prediction-if we consider the actual result;
