One of the criticisms the left has thrown at Palin, especially during the 2008 election was that her foreign affairs experience was limited in their view. her visit to China and now these two upcoming major visits will put an end to that method of attack.
Palin is a strong friend of Israel and as Governor kept an Israeli flag in her office. She sees Israel as America's friend and ally and has been critical of the Obama administrations diffident attitude to the country.
The Post reports :
" Palin's visit will be private, but she will meet with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and other members of Israel's right-wing, including Likud MK Danny Danon.
Palin, an outspoken supporter of Israel, has often criticized the Obama administration for what she believes to be its unfair treatment of the Jewish State.
"As Israel makes concessions (and is still criticized by the Obama Administration), Arab leaders are just sitting back waiting for the White House to further pressure Israel. The Obama Administration needs to open its eyes and recognize that it is only Iran and her terrorist allies that benefit from this manufactured Israeli controversy," Palin said in a Facebook "
